"Fripper Upper" is a COMPLETELY and TASTEFULLY RENOVATED (2021) 1 bed/1 bath FIRST FLOOR CORNER villa with INCREDIBLE marsh, canal, and sunset views!  The current owners purchased at the end of 2020 and spent 2021 making the entire villa NEW, bright, light, and airy.  EVERY window allows plenty of light while highlighting the beauty and splendor of the marsh, wildlife, and Mother Nature.  NO PARKING LOT OR STAIRCASE VIEWS!  The beach, ocean, and the heart of Fripp are just across the street, with multiple beach accesses!

Tennis and pickle ball courts are in front of the building, with a private community dock, outdoor shower, outdoor community charcoal grill on side/in back next to the marsh and canal.  Across the street is the Fripp Island Beach Club, adults-only pool and bar, Olympic swimming/lap pool, Food Court, gym/fitness center, and The Fripp Ship souvenir/gift shop with the beach and ocean just steps away!  

This villa is truly ONE OF THE BEST Fripp Island has to offer!  However, please note the following:

  • - NO PETS.
  • - NO SMOKING / VAPING / DRUGS.
  • - NO BEACH GEAR inside the villa (this includes beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, canopies, etc.)  Please keep these in your vehicle, the outside corridor, or along the exterior of the building next to the steps.
  • - NO BAIT OR "LIVE" FOOD OF ANY KIND inside the villa, fridge, or freezer. 
  • - TWO PEOPLE ONLY, 25 years of age or older, and person making the booking MUST be on the premises for the entire duration of the stay. (No 3rd party reservations.)

 

Fripp Island Amenity Guest Cards are available for an additional fee (see below).

FRIPP ISLAND GUEST CLUB CARDS:  The Fripp Island Club is a private organization that provides additional amenities to Club members and their guests.  These amenities include golf, tennis, pickle ball, all Club swimming pools, on-island "sit down" restaurants and bars, gym/fitness center, Camp Fripp, and Club rentals and excursions.  Fripp Island Club Cards are REQUIRED to access any of these Club-provided amenities, and EVERYONE 13 or older MUST have one.  Children 12 and under do not need a card but MUST be accompanied by an adult with a Club Card.

"Fripper Upper" is a member of the Club, and can offer Guest Club Cards!  The Fripp Island Club will ONLY accept payment for Guest Club Cards from the member, and the prices are set by the Club (not the member).  You pay "Fripper Upper" directly for the cards, and "Fripper Upper" purchases the cards for you from the Club.  "Fripper Upper" charges ONLY the EXACT cost of the cards (no upcharging).  Upon arrival, pick up your Guest Club Cards from the Club Office (across the street from the villa).

WITH GUEST CLUB CARDS:  Ocean Point Golf Course, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Racquet Club, The Food Court, Ocean Point Grille, Bonito Boathouse, The Beach Club, The Beach Club Bar, Palmera Taqueria, 19th Hole, Cabana Club, Willie's Wet Bar at Cabana Club, Sandbar at the Beach Club Adult Pool, Ocean Point Pool, Marina Pool, Olympic Lap Pool, Adult Pool, The Beach Hut (chair/umbrella rentals), gym/fitness center, on-island equipment rentals/cruises/excursions.

2022 GUEST CLUB CARD PRICES:

  • - May 28th - September 3rd:  Weekly Card (5-8 days) is $50/card and Four-Day Card (1-4 days) is $35/card.
  • - September 4th - May 26, 2023:  Weekly Card (5-8 days) is $35/card and Four-Day Card (1-4-days) is $25/card.
  • - November 1st through March 31st: Monthly Card only for $126/card.

Other Fees
Rates do not include a $130 cleaning fee. Rates do not include 10% state/county transient accommodations tax (comprised of 2% South Carolina Accommodations tax, 5% South Carolina Sales tax, 3% Beaufort County Accommodations tax).

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A Refundable Security Deposit of $200 is required. This Security Deposit is fully refunded within 30 days of check-out provided the real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all the terms of this agreement are met. Guest is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear.

Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards accepted. (Please note: There is a 2.9% transaction fee charged by the credit card processing company.) eCheck (electronic check) payments are also accepted, with no transaction fee. Please note: eCheck payments cannot be accepted and processed if booking is made 15 days or less from arrival date.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should Guest wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED 60 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE. We will refund the sums Guest has paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If Guest's notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE, Guest will forfeit all sums paid, except security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
