Overview
This island property is located on a quiet street near Davis Love Park and is close to all that Fripp has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there is plenty of room for up to 7 (max 6 adults) to stay comfortably.
Open concept design includes a family room, with wet bar, ice maker and soaring vaulted ceilings, a dining area and kitchen with a large breakfast bar. Everything you need is provided for family meals and making new memories.
Flat screen televisions in living room and all bedrooms. High speed wireless internet also available.
The screened porch is a great place to have your morning coffee or catch a sunset overlooking the marsh. Fripp’s amazing wildlife will entertain you from your home away from home and as you explore the island.
The master suite, located upstairs, offers an oasis for privacy and relaxation and offers beautiful marsh views. A queen guest room has an ensuite bathroom and access to a private porch. And finally, the third guest room has a twin over full bunk bed.
Golf carts are the transportation of choice on the island. Although we don't provide a golf cart, there are several cart rental companies that service the island.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
