Overview
Welcome to Crabsino! This lowcountry marsh cottage has all of the views and the comforts of home. This newly renovated has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths with an extra tv room with a queen sleeper sofa which can be used for another gathering space, let the kids plug in thier video games, or use as another sleeping room. This home is all one level, except for the front porch and back deck stairs, so if you aren't a fan of a lot of stairs, take a closer look.
The gated community of Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary home to many birds and critters. You will take it back a few paces when you drive through the gates , take a breath, smell the ocean air, and relax. Fripp boasts beautiful beaches, golf, tennis, multiple pools, restaurants, snack bars, marina, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, crabbing, bird wacthing, nature parks and kids activity center. You will have all you need once you get to this quaint island. Oh, and dont forget the golf carts! Park your car and scoot around the island in a golf cart. It's a great way to slow down, enjoy the nature and beauty of the island. You can access any of the more than 30 beach accesses with just a quick golf cart ride.
The Cabana club pools is a short 2 min golf cart ride or a short bike ride from our house. There is also a great fishing pier at Waddles Landing which is also a short ride.
If you decide you want to explore off the island, the charming and historic Beaufort is a 30 minute drive. You can enjoy tours, shopping and great resturants. If you want to do a day trip, Savannah is 65 miles and Charleston is 90 miles away.
Our Home:
The primary suite has a king rice bed with a bath en suite, seperate shower and soaking tub, and a large walk in closet. This room has a nice sitting area, a smart tv, and sweeping views of the marsh.
The second bedroom has a new queen bed with a bath en suite with shower and tub and lots of storage space. There is a smart tv in this room.
Our 3rd bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds. The fulls are great for littles to spread out or comfortable enough for the teenagers.
We have a seperate tv room with a new Crate and Barrel queen pull out sleeper that can be used as a fourth sleeping space.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook that fresh catch. We have added a Breville large convection oven that can toast your bagel or air fry your favorite food. We have a table seated for 6. We have also added an additional table to use for larger families or as a game table for your favorite board or card games. We have a banquette with comfy cushions to also sit and read a book while looking at the beautiful marsh view.
We have a large living space that offers a large sectional and a large smart tv with cable. Adjoining this room is the Carolina sunroom with extra seating inlcuding a sofa and two chairs, also overlooking the marsh.
Ceiling fans are in most rooms as are box fans.
If you like nature watching - our marsh view will afford you many different views and sounds every day. Use our binoculars to see Osprey, Egrets and Herons. Our back deck is expansive- it runs the whole width of the home, to enjoy family dinners, catch some rays, or watch the many different birds, deer and a possibly see a racoon or two play out their day. We have a new Weber grill and seating for six at the patio table with umbrella. There is also more seating on the deck.
Our covered front porch with two ceiling fans is great for lazy afternoons watching the passerbyers down our lovely street. Or just watch the deer eat our grass and plants!
We have an outdoor shower to wash the sand off and a covered swing in the back to add yet another spot to sit and watch the fiddler crabs come up at high tide or catch a glimpse of the wave caps down at skull inlet. Or just sit and listen to the wind and the ocean waves!
We love this little island and know you will too! It doesn't matter where want to go, everything is a short golfcart ride away. Take a ride to springtide market to grab a sandwich or drink, then stop off at any of the many beach accesses to catch some rays or walk on the beach to find sand dollars, and know you will always find a place for your beach chair. Then head on over to one of the 5 pool locations the club offers to cool off and refresh. Head back to "Crabsino" for a nap or relax and enjoy this special time with your family and friends. It's slower, it's nature and it's a special place. It's beach time on Fripp and we love it! We welcome your family to come and enjoy it too!
A 4 seat Golf cart rental is included with our home along with beach towels and beach chairs.
Amenities
Fripp Island Club Guest Cards are required for each guest 13 years or older when accessing a Fripp Island Club ammenity. Children 12 and under do not need a card but must be accompanied by an adult with a club guest card.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to resort ammentities.
All adults will be asked to show a club guest card when accessing a Fripp Island club ammenity.

Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit at reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed rental agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was in a great location for us. The owners were so pleasant and helpful.
We have been coming to Fripp for almost a decade now and have stayed in many different locations all over the island. This house was BY FAR our favorite yet! The layout, all on one level, anything we could need in the garage, plenty of places for people to get their alone time, and yet room for a lot of people (which we always have) to sleep comfortably. Best of all are the views and easy access to most everything on the island with a short golf cart ride. The house is beautiful and we love cooking so the big dining table was great for both meals and playing board games at night. 10 out of 10 recommend!
5 stars don’t even begin to give a satisfactory review for our amazing week at 139 ocean Creek Blvd! From the moment we opened the door we were speechless at how immaculate this home was. The attention to every detail was astonishing!! The views… let’s just say pictures can’t even begin to do it justice. We woke every morning to have our coffee on the massive porch surrounded by the birds and deer. The interior porch that overlooked the night lights, was so calming!! Everything we could need was provided for us. We literally came with clothes and sunscreen!! The central location to everything on the island was so convenient for our family! We are so humbled to have found this gem of a home and been able to work with Owner Laurie and Steve at Fripp Island stay to create lifetime memories! Thank you Laurie!! Do not hesitate on this one!! We just returned home from this great house. We loved this house! It is stocked and very comfortable. So nice to have two bedrooms with ensuite baths. The back deck is awesome, it has a great view. It is shaded and breezy in the evening. We ate all of our dinners on the large table. The golf cart has some get up and go and a full size ice maker is clutch for the beach cooler! The owner was so accomodting and great to work with. I would highly recommned 139 Ocean Creek and I would stay here again.
PERFECT STAY!! We just returned from a wonderful week with our family of 7 adults and our 16 month old grandson. We loved every aspect of this home! It is beautifully done!! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s in a great location on Ocean Creek Blvd close to the Cabana Club and the Marina but only a short golf cart ride away from anywhere else on the island. The home is all on one floor, yet laid out in a way you are not on top of each other. There are multiple comfortable living areas with plenty of seating and beautiful views. The large back porch overlooking the marsh was peaceful and stunning. The porch furniture was very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to sit. We were so happy to find the porch was toddler friendly with no open railings and secure gates at both ends. The nature is truly abundant right off the back deck. Every time we were outside we saw wildlife. We loved it! We cooked lots of family meals in the kitchen and found it well stocked with everything we needed (even a huge pot for a low country boil) and more. There was plenty of seating around tables to eat, play games and just enjoy our time together. The primary bedroom was large with its own small sitting area and a wonderful view of the beautiful marsh. The bathroom was amazing, especially the large soaking tub. The queen bedroom & bathroom were the perfect size for my son and his wife with its own en-suite bathroom. We were most concerned about the bunk room when we booked this house as we needed it for young adults, not kids. However, my daughter and her 2 friends (all 23 years old) were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the beds were in there! It isn’t a huge room but there is a closet, shelving, and hangers in this room to use as storage and a bathroom right outside the door in the hallway. They settled in this room perfectly for the week. The extra 3rd living space (with the pull out sofa) became a 4th bedroom for us! We were so happy to find it had doors to close it off. It was the perfect room for my 16 month old grandson. We set up his mini crib and monitor in there and it worked out great. The owners have thought of everything. There were binoculars in the sitting area to view the birds and other wildlife out in the marsh! In the garage they had an overflow fridge plus a commercial ice maker to fill our coolers! There are plenty of beach chairs and beach towels for you to use, even beach bags in case you forgot one. Overall, we LOVED this home and plan to return in 2023!
This Fripp house is perfect! It's beautiful inside and out, has ample and very comfortable furniture and bedding, everything you need to cook fantastic meals in the kitchen, and is in close proximity to some of the best spots on the island. The view of the marsh all along the back of the house is second to none. Our family had a fantastic vacation and we look forward to a return trip soon!
Crabsino is a 5 star home. The home has a perfect view of the marsh and is a quick and easy ride to the beach. The home has everything you need for your stay including a fully stocked kitchen, ice maker for your cooler, beach chairs and much more. The home is very clean, updated and the attention to detail is amazing. The owner was excellent to work with and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this home to anyone and look forward to staying again.
