Welcome to 101 Sea Otter, a charming coastal retreat tucked in the heart of beautiful Fripp Island. This light-filled, three-bedroom, two-bath home is designed for effortless island living, with an open-concept layout that brings everyone together after a day on the beach. The spacious living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from quick snacks to family meals.
The primary suite offers a king bed, private bath, and direct access to a shared deck—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. A comfortable queen guest room also opens to the deck, while the bunk room with a twin-over-queen setup is ideal for kids or extra guests. With accommodations for up to seven, there’s plenty of room for families or small groups to relax and recharge.
A 4-seat golf cart is included, making it easy to explore the island’s beaches, scenic paths, and amenities at your own pace.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
