The SpringTide Market is a full line grocery store offering the locals and lucky Fripp Island visitors a great selection of groceries and goodies at reasonable prices. The moment you walk through our door you'll know that the quality of our products and services is what we're all about.

Located inside The SpringTide Market, SpringTide Market Deli is a great place to get delicious food all day long! You can eat at the Deli counter, outside on the picnic tables, or you can get your order to go!
SpringTide Market Deli proudly features Block & Barrel Deli sandwiches and salads, as well as Birney's Barbeque (served at the Masters Champions Dinner).
Try a whole or a half Sub Sandwich on white or wheat bread with your choice of a variety of toppings. Make it a combo with a fountain drink and chips!
If Barbeque is what you're craving, try the Brisket 'N' Beans or a Chicken or Pork BBQ Sandwich. A combo includes a fountain drink and either chips or cole slaw!
