Come and Enjoy our Tropical Vista! Our home has beautiful ocean views and is a 2- minute walk to the beach. It's the perfect spot! Renovated from roof to foundation, we offer gracious beach living with comfort and style. There is a Main Gathering Spot (Living, Dining, Sunroom and Kitchen) with Beach Views from all angles. There are 4 En Suite bedrooms and a 5th Bunk Room with New Bathrooms, Bath Towels included. There is a small deck off of the Master Bedroom and a large deck on the other side for sunbathing, reading, cocktails and al fresco dining.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
