Set along the Atlantic shoreline, this spacious Fripp Island beach home offers stunning ocean views and room for the whole family to relax and reconnect. With expansive windows and multiple gathering spaces, the home is designed to make the most of its coastal setting, allowing guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from nearly every corner of the property.

The home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests with three king bedrooms and two twin rooms. One of the twin rooms is a small sleeping nook without a closet, making it best suited for younger children. The primary living spaces are located upstairs, where large windows frame beautiful ocean views. The 23-by-18-foot family room features comfortable seating for nine and a large flat-screen TV, while an adjoining sitting area offers another inviting place to gather with seating for five and sweeping views of the water. The bright breakfast room is a standout feature, with three walls of glass that provide panoramic views from one end of the island to the other. It’s the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic.

Dining is easy for groups, with several seating options throughout the home and decks. The breakfast table seats five, the main dining table seats eight to ten, and outdoor dining areas include a picnic table on the upper deck and a large table on the lower deck, both seating eight.

Outdoor living is just as inviting as the interior. Multiple decks offer beautiful vantage points to watch the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze, and the upper deck is a favorite spot for relaxing while keeping an eye on family members playing on the beach. Additional conveniences include two WiFi networks, six TVs, a charcoal grill, trash compactor, and beach essentials such as chairs and towels. With so many comfortable spaces to unwind and breathtaking views all around, you may find it hard to leave the house at all.

If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
