The large living area is perfect for family and friends to gather for movie night, game night or just chilling out. There is a formal dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need from a hot cup of coffee from the Keurig to cooking up a “home-cooked” meal.
The primary bedroom is a full King ensuite. The bath has a soaking tub as well as a separate walk in shower. Two additional guest rooms have queen beds and they share a full bath with the bunk room that sleeps 5. There is plenty of room for everyone.
A fun bar area is ready for your custom libations.
The back deck is perfect for alfresco dining and offers fantastic marsh views. The wildlife is amazing on Fripp Island and includes hundreds of deer, sea birds and so much more.
Get out and explore in the golf cart, included with your stay. Enjoy the island amenities including golf, tennis, pool complexes and dining. Shop for souvenirs and of course head to the beach just a short walk away.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
