Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
We loved our stay here! It was a short golf cart ride everywhere. There is lots of natural light, beautiful sunsets, and the air conditioning was fabulous. It is on the main street but felt so quiet and private. We loved enjoying breakfast and suppers on the screened porch. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time!
Great spot! Perfect open layout for 3 kids under 10. Bunk room was a hit too.
This property is wonderful! Every aspect of the house has been carefully prepared for an inviting and comfortable stay. The sunset views are incredible. This is the best property we have stayed at over the past five years of annual visits to Fripp. Highly recommend!
Amazing house, amazing location, and amazing views. Owners have thought of everything for the kitchen, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. My family and I would definitely stay here again!!
Perfect place to stay for a family. Beautiful marsh views, well equipped kitchen, everything was very functional and clean and overall exceeded our expectations. We would love to stay again next year!
We just returned from our week long stay at 261 Tarpon Blvd and this house was a gem! The marsh views are stunning and the views of the sunsets were even better. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and provided us with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Our little one loved the “kids room” with bunk beds. Also, the house was perfectly clean upon our arrival. Our only concern was that the single door leading out on to the patio doesn’t lock? It’s got a knob with a key slot on the outside but there was no key left around the house to lock it with. With a toddler, this made me incredibly nervous so we had to move furniture in front of it to make sure he couldn’t exit on his own and then we just used the back door in the screened in patio to enter and exit. Not to much of an inconvenience since there was a second door to lead to the patio that did lock, but also this was a little unnerving that anyone could just enter the house. Otherwise, great trip and we can’t wait to be back!

261 Tarpon Wonderful marsh views Kitchen was very nicely stocked with all you need and more to cook a simple meal or something more complex. The home itself was very comfortable. plenty of seating and a very large TV!! The one downfall, the 2 bathrooms are in serious need of an upgrade.
