Spectacular marsh views greet you from the moment you step inside this family-friendly home at the heart of Fripp Island near the Beach Club.
The living room, dining room, and sitting area have walls of windows looking out to the marsh. Very Private and a great place to watch lightning from the occasional thunderstorm moving past while you stay cozy inside working on one of the many puzzles in our games nook.
The deck extends the entire length of the house and is a favorite place for watching sunsets and the marsh wildlife as the tides ebb and flow.
The main bedroom is a king ensuite with marsh views and a private door leading to the back deck. The king size bed is a sleep number so you'll be sure to have the perfect personalized sleep experience on your vacation. The ensuite has a tub/shower combo and a little window with marsh views.
The second bedroom is cozy and private with a queen bed and views of the palm trees at the front of the house.
The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds and plenty of room to lounge and play games. There's enough cubbies to stash all the gear as well as space to set up your favorite gaming console.
The shared second bath has a full shower with sliding glass doors and plenty of storage.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook needs to prepare and serve food for a crowd including a crock pot for those who like to set it and forget it while they enjoy a day at the beach and an instant pot for those who like fast and hands free while having cocktails on the screened porch. Cocktails are easy with the bar tools and vitamix setup in the pantry area by the screened porch. We've got a drinks fridge nearby to take the pressure off the main fridge in the kitchen so there will be plenty of room for all the provisions you'll need during your stay.
The screened porch offers bug free dining and is a great place for your morning coffee watching the deer walk past on their way from the marsh.
A full laundry room is conveniently located near the kitchen.
In addition to the four seater golf cart which is available for your use, the small garage houses two charcoal burning weber grills, various beach chairs and toys, and a few bikes for touring the island.
A short walk to the beach and just down the street from the Resort Pool, Island Bites, and the Sand Bar. Dogs are welcome with pre approval.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We loved our stay here! It was a short golf cart ride everywhere. There is lots of natural light, beautiful sunsets, and the air conditioning was fabulous. It is on the main street but felt so quiet and private. We loved enjoying breakfast and suppers on the screened porch. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

This property is wonderful! Every aspect of the house has been carefully prepared for an inviting and comfortable stay. The sunset views are incredible. This is the best property we have stayed at over the past five years of annual visits to Fripp. Highly recommend!

We just returned from our week long stay at 261 Tarpon Blvd and this house was a gem! The marsh views are stunning and the views of the sunsets were even better. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and provided us with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Our little one loved the “kids room” with bunk beds. Also, the house was perfectly clean upon our arrival. Our only concern was that the single door leading out on to the patio doesn’t lock? It’s got a knob with a key slot on the outside but there was no key left around the house to lock it with. With a toddler, this made me incredibly nervous so we had to move furniture in front of it to make sure he couldn’t exit on his own and then we just used the back door in the screened in patio to enter and exit. Not to much of an inconvenience since there was a second door to lead to the patio that did lock, but also this was a little unnerving that anyone could just enter the house. Otherwise, great trip and we can’t wait to be back!

261 Tarpon Wonderful marsh views Kitchen was very nicely stocked with all you need and more to cook a simple meal or something more complex. The home itself was very comfortable. plenty of seating and a very large TV!! The one downfall, the 2 bathrooms are in serious need of an upgrade.
