With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

The spacious living room offers ample seating and a large TV — perfect for movie nights, game nights, or simply unwinding after a day at the beach. A cozy sunroom with comfortable reading chairs provides a quiet spot to relax.
The well-appointed kitchen features bar seating, a center island, and generous counter space for preparing everything from quick snacks to family dinners. Cookware and serveware are fully stocked. Just off the living room, the formal dining room offers an additional space to gather for meals.
The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed with its own ensuite bath. Bedroom #3 is ideal for families, featuring a king bed and two twin beds, along with an ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed and convenient access to a nearby full bathroom.
A full-size laundry room with iron and ironing board adds extra convenience during your stay.
Step out onto the back deck to grill and dine al fresco while taking in the island’s natural beauty. Fripp Island is home to more than 100 species of birds and is well known for its herds of whitetail deer.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to access Fripp Island Resort amenities and are available for purchase with this property. If purchased, a 12.8% resort fee (based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning, and other fees) will apply in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
Beautiful home with a beautiful view of the golf course! House was very clean and the kitchen was very equipped with dishes. We would definitely rent this home again!
Lovely house on the 13th Green of the Ocean Creek course. Good size house with lots of space and we especially loved that it was pet friendly for our two little pups, who enjoyed being able to look out of the bottom window of the sitting area. Great location close to the cabana pool and in a quiet location as well. Plenty of Deer walking around to observe. We love coming to Fripp Island and will continue to use Fripp Island Stay for our reservations!
Great house, would definitely stay here again. House was clean and updated, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space and beds. Great location on the golf course with a firepit out back. Go Vols!
House is very nice and roomy. There is a little too much of the owner's stuff in the house and garage so I did not feel like I could make myself at home and put my things out for the week we stayed. Was afraid to use things not sure if they were for general use or the owners only. We learned the 2nd golf cart was for owners only so be prepared to make do with a 4 seater golf cart or have to rent another golf cart on your own if you have more than 4 people. The deck and porch do need some love as they are worn but usable. Need to update the master bed to a King, double was not comfortable and there are kings in the other 2 rooms so why not update the master? there is plenty of room. Parking would be an issue with more than 1 car to get the golf cart in and out so beware and ask about parking options for more than 1 vehicle. Overall very nice property and spacious for family time but the bedrooms are spread out as well to not interfere with each other's quiet time. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again for sure.

Hello! We are the new owners of this property now called "Peach Fuzz"! We have made some changes to the property that you highlighted as deficient, such putting a king in the master bedroom and clearing out the previous owner's belongings in the garage. You can rest assured that whatever is out in the house is for renters to use! We have a very well equipped kitchen for cooking all of your meals, a beautiful golf cart, newly updated mattresses, etc. Parking for additional vehicles is available in the island right in front of the house.
