Overview
Full time private residence now being made available for rental market. This second row house is wonderfully located on a large open lot with fantastic ocean views and steps away from the #9 walkway to the beach. Two separate driveways allow for up to 6 vehicle parking.
Large open living space on the main floor offers a large dining table, two large sofa's assorted other seating and a 70 inch television for your viewing. The fully stocked kitchen offers almost every gadget you can think of and has all newer appliances. Additionally, there is a separate drink refrigerator and icemaker. The deck off this living space is newly rennovated, and includes plenty of seating with lounge chairs plus a large outdoor dining table.
Main king primary suite on this level has fantastic ocean view and private bath. Two additional queen bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms contain their own televisions.
The lower level contains a second king bedroom with attached bath. The 5th bedroom contains 2 full/twin bunk beds for plenty of sleep space. This level also has its own family room area with large TV and video game units.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit to confirm reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed rental document is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Nice, roomy second row house with view of ocean. Convenient location to beach access. We really enjoyed our stay in this house.
We loved this house! It had room for all our guests and the floor plan allows for both big gatherings and small gatherings. The view from the deck is fabulous! You can enter from the main or lower level, so it allows for both privacy and convenience. The kitchen is so well stocked that we had everything we needed for all our meals. Lots of linens and towels were available. And there were nice touches like 2 ice machines and a large bag of ice in the freezer when we arrived, local Vidalia onions and a nice note from the property manager. We definitely plan to stay here when we come in the future!
We enjoyed our stay with our family at this property! The location and proximity to the beach is perfect.
