611 Porpoise offers 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood on the North end of the island. There is a bonus room with a twin bunkbed on the second floor accessed through either bedroom 2 or 3, great for young children.
 
The home has gone through some new renovations to the bathrooms, living room, and laundry room. There is new flooring through the lower level and new paint throughout the house.
 
The first floor includes the living room, dining room, screened porch off dining room, kitchen, Master bedroom, and half bathroom.
 
The second floor includes 2 full bedrooms and bonus room. Also includes full bathroom shared between the bedrooms.

Fripp Island is a beautiful, gated resort and nature preserve. Along with the many resort amenities, Fripp has three and a half miles of pristine beach and magnificent nature, all of which can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or by car. 
 
From this property, you can take a short 5-minute walk to the Fripp Inlet Scenic overlook to view the sunrise and spot a dolphin or take a walk along the Audubon Trail. 
 

Guests have the option of taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. With the purchase of amenity cards, you will have access to the Resorts pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, and more.  
 

A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
