A classic Carolina beach cottage decorated in traditional, low country style. Fripp's most scenic beach access is just minutes away. Look out over the marsh to the inlet where you will see boats, dolphin, herons, cranes, and egrets. Deer often wander by.
The house is open and roomy with views from almost every room. The convenient living area is all on one level above the garages. Den and primary bedroom each have TV and DVD player. Primary bedroom has a private bath and access to porch. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished.
Spacious deck and screened porch extend across the house looking out to the marsh. All the family will want to linger over dinner at the large, old farm table. Nap in the hammock at marsh's edge under a breathtaking open sky. Stargazing at night is incredible.
This home is located at 6 Fiddlers Point on a quiet cul-de-sac. Kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. Playgrounds and basketball courts are nearby at Davis Love Park. Off the island, Hunting Island Sate Park is just over the bridge and the historic towns of Beaufort and Port Royal are a short drive away.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.

We love this house! We have rented this house for four years and hope to continue to rent it every year. The owners are very accomodating catering to all of our needs. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is on a dead end street so there are no cars to disturb the peace and quiet of the area except for residents who live there. Most of all, when you walk in the front door, you look through the wall of windows and sliding doors to the most spectacular view of the marsh, river, and Hunting Island State Park. There are no other homes in this view. Every time we arrive for our vacation, we step inside, look out, and say "WOW."
This is the 3rd time we’re stayed @ 6 Fiddler’s Pt. This property is ideally situated near the front of the property but what makes it so special, besides the comfortable home like feel, is the view. In our opinion, it is the best. v/r scott & rebecca
This home was FULLY stocked and is in a wonderful location! We loved the hammock out back. It was peaceful and we enjoyed our family vacation! The owners are very prompt at responding and made themselves available for phone calls. The AC and the fridge were cold! (That's always a +). Thank you for having us!
