This beautiful second row home has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 14. 

You'll enjoy spending time with friends and family in the expansive open living areas. There is a 60 inch flat screen TV with Chromecast and a professional home entertainment center with speakers in several rooms. The chefs in your party will be thrilled with the gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops, a Wolf gas range with a large griddle and double ovens, 3 sinks, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a second refrigerator in the pantry. The back deck has a Weber gas grill. There is a laundry room on each floor.

You can relax in the rockers on the downstairs front porch or on the screened-in back porch with access to a nicely landscaped back yard. You can enjoy ocean views from the upstairs front porch, marsh and canal views from the upstairs back porch, but the best views are from the Captain's walk; 360 degrees unobstructed amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Fripp Canal and the Tidal Marsh. You do not need to leave the house to see sunsets and sunrises. You are on the quiet southern tip of Fripp Island and the beach is only a few steps away.  There is a closed-in outdoor rain-shower for rinsing off the sand.

It has a private dock off the back yard, so you can bring your own kayaks, canoes or paddle boards. You can also fish or crab from the floating dock.

The Beach Club, Ocean Creek Golf Club and the Marina are only a short golf cart ride from our house.

A four person golf cart is included. Additional cart(s) may be rented.

Dual garage door entrances allow you covered parking for two/three vehicles, and three more vehicles can easily be parked in the driveway.

Amenity cards are available for purchase. Cards give renters acceess to golf, tennis, pools and restaurants.

Other Fees
Rates do not include a 10% state/county tax. A 12.8 % resort fee will be added to all reservations ordering amenity cards. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Confirmation Deposit
50% of rent + tax is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment Methods
Credit Card through PayPal, Venmo, Personal check, certified check, cashiers check.

Cancellation and Refunds
The $500 damage deposit will be refunded with in 15 days of departure. There will be no refund in case of a cancellation unless the house can be re-rented. A transaction fee may be charged. If there is a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to a hurricane or other event, we will accommodate any unused days, or we will refund the reminder if the rent.
