Mermaid Cove is a Marsh Front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home on BEAUTIFUL Fripp Island. This cozy coastal cottage offers a happy atmosphere for friends or perfect for a couples get away. Desisgner decorated with original artwork, marble flooring, Italian pottery and furnishings by anthropology.
1st floor features a screened in porch; open dining and living area with cathedral ceiling, as well as stocked kitchen with a double gas oven. An open honor bar is also included! Downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath. As you follow the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor, you find the primary bedroom suite which includes a queen size bed as well as an additional twin day bed.
Golf cart, Grilling area and WIFI are included.
Amenities
Mermaid Cove comes with beach towels & soaps, a fully stocked kitchen and large gas grill. We offer a keurig and drip coffee maker along with a vaiety of coffees and creamers. Washer &Dryer with soap is included. Amenities cards are available for purchase.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance is due in 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed rental agreement is received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.
