We have installed exterior cameras for security purposes, to monitor our house only in the case of inclement weather and to ensure that our rental policies are upheld. No camera points toward the interior of the property. Tampering with the cameras in any way will result in loss of security deposit and possible eviction from the premises.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.
We have stayed at Fripp numerous times over the years including this house. The updates are amazing! Super clean house, nice beds, great furniture on the porches. The views from the porches are my absolute favorite! Our kids especially loved the garage and games. The beach supplies in the garage were great! And the home homeowners are very responsive and willing to go the extra mile! They switched out a 4 seater golf cart for a six 6 seater to accommodate our family. We will definitely stay again!
